  • Čistota na jedničku, vybavenost super. Pro nás i vyhovující poloha hotelu v kontextu dostupnosti. Parkování bezva, nemuseli jsme nikam docházet. Domluva s panem Volmutem ( recepce) na vysoké úrovni - vstřícnost a ochota maximální.

  • v pátek jsme dostali na pokoj snídaňový balíček, který byl v naprostém pořádku, jídla dostatek. Nicméně jsme očekávali na neděli balíček čerstvý hlavně kvůli pečivu, zelenině a šunce, kteréžto v neděli nebyly již poživatelné. Nesnesitelné horko na chodbách a ve výtahu, ale to je zřejmě způsobeno tím, že hotel "neběží".

  • Bylo tam hezky. A dobré snídaně.

  • Bylo tam slyšet, co se děje na chodbě a za zdí. A taky jsem si na Hotel.cz zaklikl, že chci platbu fakturou, ale nebyla mi umožněna, kvůli špatné komunikaci mezi Lázeňským vrchem a Hotel.cz. To je možná i výtka pro vás. Pravda mohla být i jinde, ale každopádně jsem to musel zaplatit jinak, než jsem chtěl a požadoval a bylo mi slíbeno.
